Application: Unfasten & tighten HM-46T locking collars on roller bearings in a steel bar mill

- Potential for personal injury when using manual tooling
- Damage to the collars when using inappropriate manual tooling

Solution:
- A 2-stage Offset Gearbox (capable of 1000 Nm output), operated using a C-RAD 5 Pneumatic Torque Tool (capable of 500 Nm)
Features:
- Quick set-up/release mechanism for pneumatic tool
- Lifting eye for additional handling capability
- Standard pneumatic tool can be used on other applications
- Flexibility of interchangeable reactions
