Application: Tightening & Un-tightening of nuts on auto-coupler mounting plate on high speed train
Problem:
- Difficult access to nuts on auto-coupler mounting plate
- Preventing damage to areas of the auto-coupler during bolting process
Solution:
Pneumatic torque wrench with straight reaction tubes for tightening/un-tightening of each of the nuts (55 AF. 46 AF, 50 AF)
Features:
- Designed for use with C-RAD 27 (2,700 Nm) pneumatic torque wrench
- Straight reactions designed for tightening/un-tightening all fout nuts on mounting plate
- Reaction tube(s) react on opposing nut to the one being tightened
- Easy release mechanism for safe removal
- Reaction plates are manufactured from high quality steel for strength & longevity
