Application:

Tightening & un-tightening of bolts on springs on a rocker assembly

Problem:

• Bolts heads are obscured within the rocker assembly framework
• Current procedure involves difficult and unsafe manual method
• Site geometry varies according to the size of the rocker assembly

Solution:

4 stage offset gearbox designed for use in conjunction with a C-RAD Pneumatic Torque Wrench

Features:

• Adjustable Integral reaction which reacts against the rocker assembly frame (adjustable for different sizes of assembly frame)
• Steel construction for rosbustness
• Rated to 870 Nm for bolt sizes 36mm AF and 1.1.2" AF
• Changeable sockets (different heights) according to the requirements of each rocker assembly size
