Pre-tension Rig

This robust Pre-tension Rig is designed to apply tension to a 'strap' in order to test it for compliance. The Rig illustrated is capable of applying tension of up to 60 tonnes and has an adjustable brace to allow different lengths of strap to be placed under tension.  The unit also incorporates safety guards which have been removed for photographic purposes. 

Other Rig systems can be manufactured to order for testing of different tension levels and sizes of strap.
