CR1.5 Hydraulic Torque Tool with Special Reactions

This application consists of a flange with two diameters of bolts (46mm AF), one inner and one outer. The CR1.5 Hydraulic Torque Tool has two interchangeable reactions consisting of:
 

1.      A 'tube' reaction with socket which reacts over the next nut for tightening/un-tightening of  the outer diameter of bolts
 

2.      A 'straight' reaction with Nylon pad for tightening/un-tightening of the inner diameter of bolts. This reacts against the central column of the flange

This system has the following features & capabilities:

• A CR1.5 Hydraulic Torque Tool with 1" square drive, capable of a max. torque of 2,040 Nm
• The 'straight' reaction is set at an angle when attached to the tool. This ensures that it reacts squarely against the central column. It also consists of a Nylon pad to prevent damage to the flange
• The system is also designed to overcome the problem of the protruding threads and other obstructions (see actual site image)
